Candida study

Here we present the Candida study, in which we performed single-cell RNA-seq on 6 individuals of the Northern Netherlands population cohort Lifelines. For each individual peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were sequenced in an unstimulated condition, and after 24 hours in vitro stimulation with C. albicans, totalling approximately 15,000 cells.
